All refunds are provided in the form of a store credit, with limited exceptions. Our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund.

To complete your refund, we require your order confirmation number or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. For Non-Customized products, we allow exchanges, in which case a refund may not be necessary. For our Customized product, we do not accept exchanges and or refunds if you change your mind. However, if the product arrives faulty or damaged, please provide photographic proof and we will offer an exchange or refund (in the form of a store credit).
- Sale items, as well as, discounted items are eligible for refunds. The amount refunded will be the sales or discounted price and not the full retail price.
- Final Sales cannot be refunded.
Please note the difference between Customized and Non-Customized Products. Customized products are any products where you can add, subtract or change the detailing to the products listed. Customized products include the Pre-Made Customization's found Here and the Personal Customization's found Here. All other products are considered Non-Customized.
We do NOT offer returns for any of our products, this includes any Customized, Non-Customized, intimate or sanitary goods.

- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a store credit, in the form of a gift card or a voucher, will automatically be sent to your email within 1-2 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, in the form of an email voucher or E-Gift Card, first check your junk or another folder again.
Final Sale items
Only regular priced items or sales items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only offer exchanges (such as size exchange) for our Non-Customized products. For our Customized products, we only offer refunds or exchanges if they arrive defective or damaged. Photographic proof will be necessary for these instances.
If a refunded item was purchased using one of our gift cards either, you will receive the value of the item purchased added back to the original gift card. Or a separate gift card or voucher will be sent to the original email that was used to purchase the item.
