Frequently Asked Questions
Please note the difference between Customized and Non-Customized Products. Customized products are any products where you can add, subtract or change the detailing to the products listed. Customized products include the Pre-Made Customization's found Here and the Personal Customization's found Here. All other products are considered Non-Customized.
1. What information should I include when emailing Skip The Distance?
If you are emailing us with a general inquiry, please use an accurate email address to ensure that we can respond in a timely manner.
If you are emailing us in regards to your order, include your order number and any additional information that would help us, help you. For example, if you are contacting us to change your t-shirt order please include what you would like us to change (from a medium to a large), this will greatly speed up the process and will provide sufficient time for us to modify your order when applicable.

1. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order modifications or cancellations are the same for our Non-Customized and our Customized Products. Orders can be modified and cancelled within the first 8 hours that the order has been placed. Some exceptions may apply. If you are unsure, use our 'Contact Us' page to get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.

Orders that have been placed outside the United States are provided with different options for shipping and tracking. Depending on the chosen shipping method, tracking may not be available. All our Non-Customized products are fulfilled with tracking and you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. However, customer’s may be liable for import taxes, customs, and duties upon delivery. Our Customized products currently do not have tracking outside of the United States unless premium or express shipping are chosen at checkout. Should you choose free shipping with our customized products, it will be fulfilled with no tracking outside of the United States. All customized products can be fulfilled with free shipping and ship within 2-4 weeks after fulfillment if premium or express shipping are not chosen.

5. I received my order but it came damaged, what do I do?
At Skip The Distance we do our best to create and ship quality items. In any instance where our products arrive damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that you must email us within 7 business days of receiving your packing in order for us to process this item.

Exchanges and Returns
1. Can I get an exchange or return a product(s)?
For our Non-Customized products we do not offer returns, however, we do exchange items depending on circumstances (which may include size exchanges). If you would like to speak with us in regards to an exchange, please Contact Us, within 7 business days of your product(s) arrival. When emailing us please include your order number, a description of why you require an exchange and a picture of the product.
For our Customized products we do not offer exchanges or returns. Changes can be made before product production occurs, however, we ask all customers to email us within the first 8 hours of order placement to ensure that we can modify your order in time. If you want to change your product after the 8th hour, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you.
